Terai Human Rights Defenders Alliance (THRDA) has provided NPR 20,000 to the family of Saroj Narayan Singh, who was killed due to the excessive use of force by police in Sarlahi.

On 15 July 2019, THRDA’s Sarlahi representative Mukesh Mishra handed over the cash amount to deceased Singh’s wife Rangila Kumari.

As the family seeks legal support for justice, THRDA will help the family get justice
