Randhir Chaudhary, who is an M. Ed. (English) from Tribhuvan University, is responsible for thematic documentation of human rights violations specific to arbitrary arrest and illegal detention, torture and protest monitoring. He also gathers, manages, updates and compiles data and reports from ground in coordination with human rights monitors, officers, and regional coordinators. He also translates the reports into English whenever required. Currently, he is based in THRDA’s Biratnagar office and is responsible to supervise eight districts from Jhapa to Sarlahi in the east Terai.
